What do I need to bring?

Players need their own mouthguard (can be purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods, Amazon, etc.) Look for youth sizing!

Lacrosse goggles

Players are encouraged to bring their own (girls) lacrosse stick but we also have a few loaners.

Soccer cleats, turf shoes, or athletic sneakers.

Water
It gets cold! Dress in layers- always bring a jacket!
SeaGals
SeaGals Lacrosse is a girls youth program in Newport Beach ,CA. Currently accepting 3rd-8th graders. Clinics, practices, & games are coached by current Corona Del Mar Varsity girls lacrosse players.
